Temporary HRIS Representative

As the HRSS temp, you will support the HRSS Analyst team with day-to-day tasks across multiple systems (TMS, ATS, UKG Pro). The role will also assist with clean-up projects in various parts of these systems and within our team network drive. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: Responsibilities Here’s more of what you’ll do Update Text Recruit account. Reset SuccessFactors passwords. Assist with government reporting. Monitor iCIMS Error Log. Complete Purge Clean Up Project for iCIMS. Run Imports to load data into UKG. Execute Departmental Drive Clean-up Project. Run various prebuilt reports. Perform audits of the UKG System. Assist with hire exceptions. What we require: Qualifications What we require: 2 years of human resources experience General working knowledge of excel (pivot tables, v look up, etc) Benefits: Benefits package will be available after 60 days of service.
