Pay: Starting at $18 per hour
Dates: Now - 12/29
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday required, 10-hours per weekend
Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added for holidays or key customer shopping days

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with retail shoppers to recommend the perfect Intel products to meet their unique needs. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking information on Intel’s products, ensuring they have an interactive, informative, and successful shopping experience. All technology training is fully provided by our team.

Job Description:
Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel
Provide training to store associates on the various Intel products and technologies
Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services
Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale
Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagement
Ring up your customers' computer purchases on Best Buy's POS system (no cash handling involved)
Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photos
Maintain business communication with Best Buy District Manager via occasional phone calls, Zoom meetings, and/or emails
Rep will handle full sales engagement process with customers, from the initial point of contact through closing and ringing up of purchase
You will not be responsible for cash handling, only ringing up credit card purchases through the POS register
Any cash purchases are handed over to a Best Buy employee
Consistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Additional work shifts may also be required (e.g., Holiday Selling Days)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
An interest in PC and Gaming products is a plus.
Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectations.
Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Availability to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday.
Own a smartphone.
Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
