Minimum Qualifications Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated level of professional customer service and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of principles and practices of basic office support and managementAbility to assist in the implementation and coordination of clinical and research activitiesIntermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook; ability to train on and learn new computerized systemsKeen attention to detail, problem solving skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality while maintaining competing prioritiesAbility to communicate and work alongside faculty, staff, students, patients, vendors, and outside guests of the University in an effective and professional mannerPreferred
