OverviewWe are currently looking for someone to join our dynamic Leadership Team in the role of Nurse Manager. The primary role of the Nurse Manager is to provide effective coordination and supervision of the delivery of Community Nursing Health Services.
This is a Temporary Full-Time position. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday as well as participation in the Branch Manager On-Call, which includes evenings and weekends on a rotational basis. This position will be based out of North Bay, Ontario.

Provides coordination, supervision, and coaching to the Nurses in the field.Develops and maintains an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.Keeps abreast of policies outlined in the Regulated Health Professions Act and Community Health Services best practices and monitoring employee performance.Promotes and markets Community Health Services and maintains positive public relations.Provides active guidance for workplace Health and Safety.Performs other duties as required. What You Bring Registered Nurse (RN) degree3 - 5 years of job-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceRegistration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)Proven computer skills, including email, word processing, work scheduling systemsThorough knowledge of case management skills and nursing processes and practicesVehicle is required and some regular travel is requiredLeadership and people management skills are an assetExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsFrench language skills are an assetClear Background and Vulnerable Sector CheckCarePartners In Your Community
In addition to providing home-based health care, CarePartners also serves the community through clinics, transitional care units, and provides relief in retirement homes and shared care settings.
