This temporary Office Manager position is located in Wakefield, MA, and is expected to last approximately 3-4 months. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $28-30/hr, potentially increasing to $32/hr for candidates with 5+ years of experience and financial services support experience. Job Responsibilities:

Manage office support tasks, such as receiving/distributing mail, ordering supplies, maintaining kitchen inventory, and greeting visitors.Oversee the DocuSign process for leases, contracts, and other business documents.Assist with onboarding new staff, including setting up equipment.Handle project-based tasks and assist with reporting.Provide general administrative support to the team and adapt to additional duties as required.

Candidate Requirements:

2-5+ years of office experience, preferably in financial services or professional services.Proficiency in MS Office and technical skills, with familiarity in DocuSign.Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.Flexible and able to handle various tasks as needed.
