Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Operations Coach to oversee and manage multiple auto body repair centers within a designated district. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each center meets or exceeds company standards for customer service, quality of work, and financial performance. Tis person will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple auto body repair centers within a designated district
• Ensure that each center meets or exceeds company standards for customer service, quality of work, and financial performance
• Help to train franchisees and staff, on policies and brand procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and increase profitability
• Analyze financial reports and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure that staff are properly trained and qualified
• Ensure that all centers are compliant with state and federal regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
• Resolve franchisee questions and ensure that each center provides exceptional customer service
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the auto body industry, or service industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software
• Ability to travel within the designated district
