THE JOB: 

The main responsibility of a Poker Floor Supervisor is to manage and respond to the needs of players and guests effectively.  This role serves as the primary liaison between guests and all poker services, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.  You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $20.52 / Per Hour + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Serve as a front-line ambassador by warmly greeting guests and managing the table waiting listSeat players at tables and make game rulings in accordance with departmental protocolsUtilize Bravo Poker software for various operational tasksStay updated on all Poker Division activities and eventsEnter player information into the database system and issue MLife cardsAssist with tournament registration processes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Two (2) years of prior Poker or any Hotel/Resort/Casino related experienceFour (4) years of guest service experience in a resort settingMust be 21 years of age or olderNevada State Gaming RegistrationMust currently hold or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s card and Alcohol Awareness cardMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysWorking knowledge of all currently popular poker gamesProficient in rules, policies, and procedures for both live gaming and tournament playAble to lead and mentor a teamProficiency in fundamental mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and money handlingExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersCapable of standing and walking for a majority of the shiftAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
