THE JOB: 

The main role of the Poker Attendant is to manage chip fills at poker tables and assist players with chip purchases.  This position requires adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as company policies and procedures.  You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY RATE:  $12.00 / Per Hour + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Comprehend the procedures and rules for all poker games and tournaments offeredProvide detailed information about games and tournamentsAccurately handle money and chip exchangesEnsure accuracy and efficiency in all guest interactionsManage the game list and seat players according to their requestsFollow all relevant gaming regulations, policies, and procedures
 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 21 years of age or olderMust currently hold or be able to obtain a Nevada State Gaming Registration & Food Handler’s cardMust be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidaysMust be able to lift & carry 50 poundsWorking knowledge of Poker gamesSix (6) months of previous cash handling experienceSix (6) months of previous customer service experienceProficiency in fundamental mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and money handlingExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholdersCapable of standing and walking for a majority of the shiftAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
