Our client, and investment bank located in Boston, MA, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist and Facilities Assistant to manage front desk operations, including phone and visitor management, while supporting office and facilities coordination tasks. Responsibilities include handling deliveries, maintaining supplies, coordinating conference rooms, assisting with safety programs, and providing general administrative support to the Facilities Director. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, customer service skills, and prior receptionist experience. Compensation for this role ranges from 25 to 28 per hour depending on experience.
