Job Description Receptionist

Brook Street, on behalf of our client, are currently seeking two receptionists to work on a temporary, ongoing basis in Cardiff.You will need to be immediately available to be considered for this position.

Full time - Working between hours of 7:30am-9:30pm on a rota basis as below:
07:30 - 3:30pm
1:30pm - 9:30pm

OR

Part-time (25 hours per week) Working between hours of 8am - 6pm on a rota basis as below:
8am - 1pm
1pm - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:Deliver an exceptional first impression as the initial point of contact for visitors and external customers.Provide a warm welcome, offering top-tier customer care with a smile.Master our facilities, locations, and services to assist visitors effectively.Become a knowledgeable ambassador, promoting services to all guests.Handle a diverse range of inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
