Location: Remote with opportunity to working from home and Williams Lea site at either Norwich or Leeds

We are seeking a Zero Hours Team Manager/Co-Ordinator to join our talent acquisition team!

Purpose of role
Our Zero Hours Manager is responsible for providing an effective and efficient service to the business providing zero hours cover across legal, banking and professional services. The role will also ensure Williams Lea's relief team members are supported with professional development, payroll and day to day queries.
Key responsibilities
Work with the talent acquisition team to ensure Williams Lea’s relief team is resourced to meet business requirements.Advertise roles on our internal and external careers page to source suitable applicants.Screen and applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.Conduct interviews to appoint new relief team members.Attend calls and meetings with line managers to find out requirements for new roles.Fill relief team requirements, via existing team or resourcing new.Ensure relief team are fully vetted to meet contractual requirements working with our 3rd party vetting provider.Manage the relief team, by completing monthly review calls, ensuring training is up to date.Attend meetings with existing and potential managers to discuss opportunities to provide support.Maintain Training and Development courses and ensure completion by team members.Process weekly hours for the relief team using workday. First line support for relief team on payroll queries.Work across Williams Lea HR team, including payroll, HR and Talent Acquisition.The Experience:
Previous experience of working with contractors/temporary staffing either in an agency or an inhouse talent acquisition teamGood IT skills including MS word and excel.Outstanding customer service skills.Ability to interact with all levels of an organisation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve deadlines.People person.CIPD level 3 would be beneficialSound good so far?
