Responsibilities:
-Lead the transition of the scholarship program to new software by ensuring smooth data migration, functionality, and system integration
-Collaborate with the software provider to understand features and ensure they align with the foundation's scholarship goals
-Review and analyze existing scholarship fund agreements, criteria, and award processes
-Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements to streamline operations
-Develop a more effective and user-friendly program for donors, students, and staff by implementing improvements to scholarship guidelines, application processes, and reporting systems
-Ensure compliance with fund agreements and alignment with the foundation's mission.
-Administer and award ongoing scholarships to ensure continuity of current fund agreements
-Create clear documentation for new processes and software usage
-Assist with training staff on using the new system and procedures
