PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Executive Director and Group General Counsel of the company
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on daily operations
Responsible to schedule, attend meetings and take the minutes if necessary
Organize paperwork and electronic files, manage projects, conduct research and communicate through phone, mail and e-mail
Responsible for creating spreadsheets, developing presentations or reports, composing correspondence
Handle travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, manage expenses claims, etc.
Provide ad-hoc support and assignments
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in sizable organization, preferably from multi-national companies
Excellent word processing skills and good skills in other computer programs (such as PowerPoint, Excel)
Good organizational skills
A good team player
Embrace a fast-paced working environment, willing to work long hours
Able to cope with changes and react immediately to instructions
Mature, pleasant with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Detailed, accurate, handle multiple priorities without being frazzled
Proactive and willing to take on more than secretary /administrative role
