Temporary Sourcing Analyst
Description

Fluidra’s looking for a Temporary Sourcing Analyst to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE  Responsibilities will primarily revolve around projects and activities intended to support the wider Sourcing team. Additionally, you will:  Regularly interfacing with members of the Sourcing and Operations teams in order to actively contribute to Service Level and Value Improvement goals Engage Suppliers to support internal teams and/or fulfill assigned tasks Gathering, analyzing, and presenting data on COGS, KPIs, and supply issues to develop actionable plans in response Implement process improvements related to supported Sourcing activities and Value Improvement Attend or host meetings as needed in order to fulfill assigned tasks Track and analyze commodity trends and costs to develop monthly reports for the wider Supply Chain and Finance Organizations Support developing a pricing control system for internal use purposes Support Sourcing Team as needed Perform other duties as assigned  WHAT WE SEEK2+ years’ analyst experience within a sourcing or operations team  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field   Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Drive)  Organized and meticulous work ethic Strong critical thinking and analytical skills  Strong business negotiation skills, a plus  Strong computer skills (Ability to learn and leverage multiple applications simultaneously)  Eagerness to learn and improve  ERP experience a plus (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent) EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field   WHAT WE OFFER An exciting opportunity to dive in and begin your career with a company that offers a competitive total rewards package that includes: Paid HolidaysOn-site self-service café / free gourmet coffee stations Company sponsored FUN events! WHO WE AREFluidra is a publicly listed company focused on developing innovative products, services and IoT solutions for the residential, commercial and wellness pool markets, globally.
