Temporary Sr. Administrative Assistant I

A Santa Clara-based technology company is seeking a temporary Administrative Services project coordinator who can assist with the upcoming office moving project and support assigned administrative tasks and projects.  The position will be onsite in our Santa Clara office's location and will be part-time. 

Job Duties

The Project Admin support reports to the Project Manager and works with the admin team providing administrative support, responsibilities including: 

Search vendors and compare quotes Document inventory and coordinate equipment/furniture/cubicle disposal and donation Draft emails and document meeting minutes/action items Site visit to monitor the TI construction progress Assist moving process Assist Admin team with administrative functions and processes throughout the length of the project Other assigned tasks/projects
 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of work experience in a corporate environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Ability to stay highly organized and balance multiple tasks  Must have a valid driver’s license  Must be able to lift 20 lbs.

Hourly payrate range of $40-46.
