Experience in an education and/or learning setting is required to be successful in the collection and assessment of the program's data.
Please note that travel in and around Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky is required for this role and a valid drivers license is necessary to complete your appointments. Mileage is reimbursed.
Typical availability necessary to complete the assignments are based around normal school hours, especially mornings and early afternoons.
This role will work for an average of 20 hrs per week (this will fluctuate week to week).
Duties and Responsibilities
This position has two overarching responsibilities within this Peabody College of Education program: (1) data collection and (2) data processing. Data collection includes attending trainings for multiple data collection tools, conducting classroom observations, conducting direct child assessments, and attending weekly data collection meetings. Data processing includes tracking completed data, checking data for errors, entering collected data, and filing data. Additional as needed tasks may include preparing teacher/program surveys, dropping off or picking up teacher/program surveys, preparing training materials, or attending trainings to collect fidelity data.
