Je acquireert opdrachten en begeleidt eindgebruikers van vastgoed bij alle aspecten van hun huisvesting. Van strategische adviezen over locatiekeuze en kostenbesparingen op huisvesting tot het begeleiden van aan- en verkoop en aanhuurtrajecten.

Herken je jezelf hierin?

Je hebt een uitstekend oog voor de belangen van de klant. Het is je tweede natuur om meer te doen dan de klant verwacht. Je denkt buiten bestaande kaders en je acteert snel. Je bent creatief, proactief, klantgericht en commercieel.Je vindt het leuk om voortdurend te schakelen met diverse partijen die actief zijn in de vastgoedbranche. Van (inter)nationale organisaties tot lokale publieke instellingen. Je adviseert met collega’s over de juiste strategie. Je denkt mee met je opdrachtgevers over hun wensen en doelen en voert namens hen de onderhandelingen.Je bent bekend met de verschillende belangen die er spelen bij je cliënt en je kunt hier goed op anticiperen.Je creëert nieuwe business door voortijdig kansen te signaleren op de markt en cross-selling. Je kunt strategisch denken en dit door vertalen binnen JLL om tot een optimale oplossing voor je opdrachtgever te komen.Je kunt uitstekend zelfstandig werken. Maar je werkt ook graag samen met collega’s in een hecht team. Samen een prestatie neerzetten en daarnaast individueel presteren, is precies wat jij zoekt in een baan.

 Wat vragen wij van je?

Je hebt kennis van de commerciële vastgoedmarkt en liefst relevante werkervaring.Je hebt een afgeronde Bachelor- of MasteropleidingUitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.Beheersing van het Office pakket.
