Tenant Services Coordinator
Job Title: Tenant Services Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Tenant Services Coordinator responsible for managing tenant and building work orders, tracking certificates of insurance, and coordinating with the security department on various projects. The role includes handling conference room reservations, coordinating catering and cleaning, managing dock and delivery notifications, ordering office and janitorial supplies, tracking health club waivers, and assisting with events and team projects. Responsibilities + Handle tenant and building work orders. + Track certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants. + Collaborate with the security department on projects. + Manage conference room reservations, tours, and coordinate catering and cleaning. + Update dock and delivery notifications and night memorandum. + Order office supplies and maintain kitchen supplies, copier, postage, overnight services, and daily mail. + Order janitorial supplies. + Track health club waivers. + Assist with the Connect Program, including taking and placing signs, tracking inventory, and attending events. + Support the team on various projects. Essential Skills + Data entry + Property administration + Real estate experience + 1+ year of experience as a property coordinator or tenant services coordinator (commercial or residential) Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with MRI Angus preferred + Experience with Yardi preferred + Proficiency in Excel Work Environment This is an onsite position located on the 9th floor of a newly renovated building with modern amenities, including a new gym, cafeteria, and convenience store. The role requires working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break. There is a potential for summer Friday hours on rotation from Memorial Day to Labor Day, requiring some flexibility. The building is conveniently accessible via public transportation (Cumberland Blue Line) and is right off the highway (Cumberland exit on I-90). This position is a 6-month contract to hire, with the team seeking a long-term commitment.
