**TENDER SPECIALIST** + **_Location:_** _Madrid (preferential ) or Barcelona_ **The role:** Reporting to the Tender Manager, she/he will be given the tools and autonomy to prepare bids and Tenders, manage the overall tender response process, and respond to all related internal and external enquiries. In charge of planning the tenders from the beginning in the assigned areas: segmentation, evaluation of dynamics, where to play. **Key responsibilities:** + Conducts item look-ups and cross references to help determine best products to submit for tender. + Partner with internal and external business partners to prepare high quality and on time written responses to customer´s tender. Logs the information in Tender Database and completes a thorough review of all incoming bids outlining important bid. Prepares other responses included standard proposals, executives summaries and other documents for internal or external business partners or customers. + Coordinates the interactions of the company and any subsequent business negotiations with the tendering authorities, members of technical committee and administrative staff. + Provides technical support and assistance to field teams as it relates to the tender process. + Logs technical requirements into a database: Technical characteristics of Sanofi products and the products of the competitors. + Perform self and team review of all work prior to submission to determine if information has been compiled effectively and appropriately. + Manages standard documentation repositories and assures information is correct and updated. + Maintain the organization of the created folders, proposal content and response methodology… that can be easily acceded. + Contacts customers to verify bids specifications or purchase request, obtain information about futures tenders… **Knowledge and skills:** + Bachelor´s in law degree/master + Experience in public tenders processes + Able to interpret legal and technical requirements and their commercial impact, and seek appropriate guidance when necessary + Able to interpret Spanish contract law (ability to auto-update) + Team player, excellent interpersonal communications skills, highly detail and process oriented, proactive and with self-development capacity.
