Mölnlycke is now looking for a Tender and Contract Specialist.
As a Tender and Contract Specialist, there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day. You’ll be responsible for the full local tender process to secure excellent quality of every tender and quotation submitted. Working with all functions in the organization, you’ll ensure all tender qualifications are met and lead the process in line with the Global Contract and Tender Excellence (CATE) process. You’ll also manage the contract life cycle in all systems, create and maintain e-catalogues, and ensure the quality of customer master data.
As a Tender and Contract Specialist, you’ll be the key person for identifying, suggesting, and driving process improvements. You’ll not only propose changes but also implement them to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You’ll collaborate with a multi-functional team and drive forward our sustainability and digitalisation agenda. Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to ensure the highest quality of tender submissions.

What you’ll need:
Degree in business or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience with tender management, preferably within life science Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce/Veeva/Model N Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French – preferably fluency in all 3 languages Excellent communication skills
