What you'll be doing:

As a Tender Office Specialist, you will:

Coordinate and lead all aspects of the tender process from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and requirements.Collaborate with differents departments to gather and analyze required documentation for tender submissions.Prepare and submit tender documentsMaintain and update a database of all tender-related information and documents.Provide insightful analysis of market trends and competitor activities to figure out best strategies for tender success.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirementsEfficiently implement strategies to improve tender win rates.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align tender strategies with overall business objectives.

What you'll bring:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.A strong understanding of the tender process and healthcare market dynamics.Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.The ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Excellent communication and social skills.Problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in English and italian, both written and spoken.
