The Position

As a Tender and Procurement Insights Specialist, you will be supporting the Spanish Commercial Affiliate of Roche Diagnostics within the Finance area and reporting to the Finance Excellence Partner Lead.

Your Key Responsibilities

Identify and organize data cleansing (tender procurement suppliers and 3rd party materials).Explore icollab (Aspire Global solution for Direct suppliers) to guarantee a smooth transition from Ariba into e2e automation in affiliates with Tender procurement suppliers.Collect procurement data to identify trends, patterns, process improvements, and above-country alignments (South Europe alignment).Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into procurement performance and key metrics.Develop and implement process improvements to streamline procurement operations, guarantee the right E2E R&R, and enhance cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are effectively integrated and adopted in the new operating model.Support the development and execution of procurement strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business, Engineering, or a similar field.Experience: 5-10 years in procurement management in a multinational company.Experience in leading the implementation of the MM module in SAP.Advanced level in English and Spanish.High tech skills: SAP, Excel, BI, end-to-end supplier integration tools.Location: Sant Cugat, Barcelona.
