Product Marketing Team Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budget to achieve market competitiveness and high margins for the company. Each day, you will maintain and improve the balance between all ABB units and customers in your area of responsibility. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting and collating the information required to prepare proposals, including both technical and cost elements.The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Sales Team in Brno, Heršpická. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tDiscussion of technical solutions and conditions according to customer requirements. •\tProcessing of technical and commercial offers according to the customer's tender requirements using product configurators.•\tClarification of offers to the necessary level for the order.•\tCollaboration with R&D and other stakeholders in the factory for complex offers that satisfy the needs of demanding customers.•\tParticipation in the creation of short-term and long-term development plans and business activities in cooperation with the Area Sales Manager.•\tParticipation in the handover process ( kick-off meeting ) in the factory or abroad (business trip).•\tTechnical support of ABB products when dealing with customers •\tActive feedback to product management to improve product configurators and overall offering quality

Qualifications for the role

\tSecondary/university education in electrical engineering (high-current electrical engineering is an advantage)\tCommunicative knowledge of English (knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage)\tKnowledge of the Czech/Slovak language is an advantage\tGood communication skills, assertive behavior and team spirit\tExperience in a similar position is a big advantage\tCommunicative knowledge of English (knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage)\tKnowledge of the Czech/Slovak language is an advantage\tGood communication skills, assertive behavior and team spirit\tExperience in a similar position is a big advantage
