In this role you will oversee tenders from start to finish, ensuring seamless transitions to operations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Research and analysis of tender notices; Identification of opportunities of interest based on the company's target markets; Preparation of the administrative – technical and economical documentation necessary for participation in tender processes; Interface with the reference sales / product teams for project proposal;
+ Management of Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes: tender identification and analysis of tender requirement, tender document consolidation
+ Quote for public and Private customers consolidation
+ Develop effective network with other function (Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Order Management)
+ Salesforce CRM platform and tools update: cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, Vistex, etc.).
+ Developing conceptual knowledge of own discipline (all ITO process and tools, all law & requirements applicable)
+ Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
+ Identify issues and them using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
+ Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, ask questions and checks for understanding.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or Master’s degree
+ Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

+ Curiosity
+ Legal or Humanistic bachelor’s degree preferred
+ Previous experience in a pharma company preferred
+ Previous experience in the tender field minimum 5 years
+ Good English knowledge
+ IT effective knowledge (Office, Outlook,…)
