As Tender Specialist you will deal with various types of tenders and propose the best tender configurations to win the project. Working closely with the local tender Lead to ensure the tender strategy is applied and the target price is achieved. In addition, the Tender Specialist will work closely with Southern countries regarding tender contractual, financial and tax aspects.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze tender documentation, thoroughly reviewing technical specifications, commercial terms, and contractual conditions. Oversee the tender administration process, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations. Management, preparation, placing and monitoring of bids in tenders of the State on all platforms ESIDIS, I SUPPLIES, COSMOONE etcSubmitting the complete offer in due time to the customer.Actively communicate and collaborate with the Sales & Tender team, keeping them informed of tender progress.Oversees issuance of legal documents (i.e. certifications, criminal records, shares nomenclature, etc.) and interaction with specific function legal/finance to evaluate specific support.Oversees and monitors the renewal of contracts' content if neededCoordinates tender process for customers in public and private sectorEnsures all relevant documentation for bid proposals is complete and accurate.Ensures all requirements of the tender documents are metPrepare technical, administrative, and economic documentation for assigned tenders.Manage physical and digital archives within the area of responsibility.Maintain supporting documents issued by Public Bodies during tender stages.Monitors competitors' files (bid documents) in public tenders.Monitoring pricing in BOOST / JDE SystemsExperience and skills, we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Economic, Public Policy or Legal SciencesMaster's Degree will be an asset.Preferably two (2) years of experience in tender and CS related role, ideally within the healthcare industry.Excellent knowledge of the English (written & spoken).Knowledge of Italian language would be considered as an asset.Willingness to be flexible in working patterns. Strong problem-solving and communication experience.Ability to multi-task with organizational skills and attention to details.Ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team.Advanced MS Office user, CRM knowledge Excellent analytical and organizational skillsDetail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.Knowledge and experience related to public procurement and administrative law, public tender bid management processesReasonable Accommodations
