Tender Specialist (Finnish-speaking)

This position as Tender Specialist gives you the opportunity to enhance and optimize the already great tender process to be best in class in the Nordics. Our Tender & Pricing department works cross-functionally to realize Stryker’s commercial and corporate goals. You will be joining a highly engaged team with a common passion to drive Stryker’s mission inside and outside of the organization within a faced-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Your mission:

You will be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of tender documentation, instilling a proactive approach to new submissions through strong collaborative communication with the sales & marketing team.

You will manage the preparation of contracts resulting from the business won from the submission of tenders also as the special pricing deals set up for customers.

You will respond to on-going internal and external customer enquiries regarding contracts and pricing.

Therefore, you will follow up, analyze and investigate different request from local business and key stakeholders.

You will support with collection of information for business case analysis on offers and tenders.

You will respond to internal and external customer queries around pricing and statistics.

Further, you will actively seek ways to improve efficiency of processes through close collaboration with cross-functional Stryker leaders from marketing, sales and technical service to create effective and persuasive materials.

Your profile

Mandatory:

Bachelor or master’s degree in Purchasing, Economics, Supply Chain Management or Business Law.

You have minimum 4 years of experience in public tender as tender specialist or bid specialist; or a relevant position in purchasing or customer service.

You are fluent in Finish and English.

Ideal/Nice to have:

Experience in the Medical Technology, Medical device or healthcare sector working with sales & key account management.

Any other Nordic language is a plus.

Travel Percentage: 20%
