We are seeking a skilled Tendering professional to join our clients' team in Scotland and manage the bidding process for offshore international projects. This is a full-time contract position for initial 12 month period.

Client office is Glasgow based, applicants are invited for candidates who are open to being office or home based.

Role Overview

Lead and execute all phases of the tender process for our Water Business Unit, for international offshore projects. Ensure all tender requirements are met and accurately reflected in proposals. Organize and plan each tender submission to meet deadlines. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize technical solutions and offerings. Conduct thorough reviews of technical documentation to ensure compliance. Perform cost calculations and analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies. Work closely with project management to assess project costs and profitability. Develop and implement best practices for the tendering process. Participate in negotiations with clients and maintain strong relationships throughout the tender process. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for proposals. Prioritize health, safety, and environmental standards in all aspects of the business.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience. Demonstrable experience in tendering and proposal development within energy / oil & gas sector. Strong understanding of contractual, legal, and commercial aspects. Good knowledge of cost analysis and technical offerings optimization. Experience with offshore projects of $1 million or more is preferred.
