Job Description Highlights:
Providing private lessons to various levels of juniors and adults. Participating in group lessons for adults and juniors. Along with match play coaching for various levels. Contributing feedback to the fellow Tennis staff for the continued growth of the programs.

Role Scope & Requirements:
We are seeking a Tennis coach with an ability to lead individual player development and collective team development. The Staff Coach will be responsible for executing the Force Tennis programs, coaching model to ensure a consistent and coherent identity across all of our age groups. The Staff Coach should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be able to manage players of all ages and abilities in a professional manner. The Staff Coach should be able to work as part of a collaborative and professional coaching staff which includes both taking direction from other coaches and giving direction to other coaches. This position reports to the Program Director and is responsible for the development of youth players and adult players according to the Force Tennis Coaching Model.
Job Functions:
+ Participate in all coaching aspects of all age groups.
+ Participate in collaborative communication with other position specific coaches
+ Aid player development and motivation by providing positive and constructive feedback that is delivered in an appropriate method
+ Demonstrate a willingness to further personal knowledge and development
+ Carry out responsibilities in accordance with policies and all applicable laws, particularly regarding the safeguarding of youth/minor players
+ Attend, assist and support tennis activities and events as requested by the Director
+ Conduct and participate in periodic staff meetings to address any administrative and operational needs
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
+ Previous experience coaching in High School or College environment required
+ Previous experience playing in College environment highly preferred
+ Possess positional expertise (singles and doubles strategies and play)
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive, cross-functional relationships within the organization
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when privy to sensitive information
+ Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills
+ High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
+ Ability to consistently work from the Toca Sports location in Rocky River, OH and surrounding area.
+ Willing and able to work evenings, weekends and occasionally travel to out of town tournaments and events
