Summary:Under general supervision of Terminal Supervisor, the Terminal Operator is responsible for operating all Terminal equipment in connection with receiving, storing, transferring, and loading of petroleum products at our Pittsburgh, PA terminal.

Required Education:
High school diploma or GEDMinimum Requirements:
Effectively communicate with peers and management of various levels Self-starter able work with little or no supervision Carry a pager or cell phone allowing for shift hold over or shift reassignment, as well as call out at all hours Able to use basic hand tools and operate basic product testing equipment Proficient in mathematics and able to perform all required calculations Proficient with Microsoft Suite Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and written Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license for state of residence Able to notice subtle Color differences in product samples Must be willing and able to work as a part of team, take direction from supervisor(s), prioritize work schedules, focus attention to details, and follow work rulesRequired experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience Level B requires a minimum of 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience Level A requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience Working Conditions:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally Driving, walking, and standing frequently Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, climb heights in excess of 60 ft and require appropriate personal protective equipment Occasional overnight travel may be requiredAn equal opportunity employer/disability/vet
