Responsible for, advises, and assists the Terminalling Shift Supervisor on investigating and analyzing variances between shore figures - Bill of Lading (BL)/Cargo Outturn Certificate (COC) and vessel figures - Ship Figure After Loading (SFAL) of product shipments. He/She oversees and supervises the PBR surveyors (PBR vessel representatives) in handling oil loss related activities during product transfer to vessels.
