The Terrain Parks Hand Crew team member is responsible for maintaining the features within our parks to the highest standard of quality and safety. The hand crew maintains our Terrain Park features using a number of hand tools, tests features, and is an ambassador for the resort. This individual skis/snowboards at a general level, works independently with minimal need of oversight to achieve excellent results, and holds safety as the highest priority.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining terrain parks to the highest quality possible
Responsible for opening and closing terrain parks
Routine maintenance, shoveling and raking all terrain parks
Installing and maintaining terrain park signage, rope lines, fencing, branding, etc.
Assist with park and event builds, install rail and box features.
Knowledge of NSAA terrain park handbook, Park SMART and Skiers Responsibility Code
Assist with photoshoots, contests and other events
Responsible for educating guests on terrain park etiquette and terrain park safety
Responsible for riding terrain parks in all weather conditions and act as an on hill repetitive
Provide input on feature and park design, give feedback on parks
Identify safety concerns and present them to management
Paint or repair features
Grind and wire wheel features
Dig out rail yard and equipment after storms
Assist other departments when needed

Basic Requirements:
18 years old +
Must be able to work in a cold alpine environment
Able to lift 50lbs
Must have a valid US drivers license
Must be able to be on time and ready to work
Able to work nights, weekend and holidays
Advanced ski or snowboarding abilities
Can ski and ride with tools and materials in hand
