The Territorial Executive Multi Accounts team works with the business to support a wide array of products and offerings, through a complex and highly demanding distribution force and network. In the case of Territorial Executive Multi Accounts this opportunity is given in even the most sensible and highly complex situations where the health and well being of our insureds and clients is touched and where we can make a significant difference at that level. About the role What you need to know: The main objective of the position is to Train, negotiate and resolve difficulties that stores from different Retails in order to improve their conversion, this is done by collecting and analyzing data according to reports shared by Inplants. She follows up on the dynamics of the Inplants and establishes her own within her control area, which are her assigned stores. Your contribution at AIG The employee will be in charge of keeping the assigned stores in conversions between 8% and 10% at least, his role is to ensure that the budgets of the stores assigned to him are met so that the associates reach the results to generate their commissions and motivate them to continue selling. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Functional Responsibilities: Managing key 85% of the time in the store performing the various activities, described above, in the stores in your area. 10% of the time in the office, attending administrative activities, such as expense reports, operational meetings (Every Tuesday of the month, except during the National Training season). 5% Attention to mail, received from the office, stores and inplant retail. 2. Accountabilities: + Follow up the sales evolution of the different points of sale in the metropolitan area. + Ensure that the personnel responsible for the areas involved in the sale of Extended Warranties have the necessary knowledge to sell them. + Provide Product and Sales Techniques training, periodically in the stores of the Guadalajara and neighboring municipalities. + Participate in National Training, either remotely or in person. + Ensure that the stores in the Guadalajara and neighboring municipalities have sufficient supply of Terms and Conditions contracts and point of sale material. + Visit the corresponding stores at least once a week, 3 to 4 times a month, these visits will have, among other activities, feedback talks and establishment of sales commitment with Managers and Chiefs 3.
