Key Responsibilities: + Meet with customers and researchers on a regular basis through meetings, conference etc to: + Ensure KOL database is accurately maintained and used to develop strong KOL engagement and emerging KOL development plans + Own and drive the positive relationship with Channel Partner (Dealers) their management + Should be able to communicate the features and benefits of the products + Should be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders + Work to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets Should + demonstrate J&J Credo Value and Practices **Qualifications** Education: + Graduation preferred in Pharma, Medtech Field and Post-Graduation preferably MBA in Sales, Marketing Experience and Skills: Required: + Sales experience in Medical Devices, Clinical Selling + Technical Strength to Demonstrate the Medtech products + OR Experience in Orthopedics (Min 1 Years) + Selling, negotiation and Communication skills
