Pay: $70,000 - $200,00+ Total Compensation (Uncapped commission with no market restrictions + base salary)

Primary Responsibilities
+ Cultivate relationships with mid and large-scale accounts to enhance sales and profitability.
+ Develop and execute business plans tailored to each accounts needs.
+ Identify and pursue new sales leads through market research, networking, vendor events, and other resources.
+ Contact prospective and assigned accounts to secure new business opportunities within the Tilt-Up concrete sector.
+ Collaborate with sales teams and corporate personnel to share account plans, pricing strategies, and other sales-related initiatives.
+ Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers to ensure satisfaction and project success.
+ Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, profit margin targets, and controllable expense objectives.
+ Maintain accurate and timely sales administration reports and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
+ First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who’s tenacious and innovative and possesses superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
+ Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B is sales preferred, but not required (if you’re a born salesperson, we’ll train you on what you need to know and how to win more business)
+ You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
+ You have the technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services
+ You’re competitive, self-motivated and results driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment
+ Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
