Job Summary

We are in the market for a Territory Account Manager with native, bi-lingual or business proficiency in Mandarin and English who is experienced with complex software sales cycles and skilled at selling solutions to a diverse set of customers across China. As Territory Account Manager you will be assigned to large, complex, high-visibility and strategic important accounts. Other duties will include the opening of new accounts, extending solutions within accounts, booking renewals and managing pipelines.

All of this will be in-conjunction with our partner eco-system across China region.

 

What you will do

Demonstrate excellent solution selling, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. Assist clients with SSL and related needs via phone and email. Maintain an accurate forecast using CRM tools daily to track and manage business. Build relationships and educate customers within large enterprise market segment. Successfully manage business-to-business inside sales problems of complex scope within product set. Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Achieve performance goals measured by bookings attainment of an annual quota. Creative, thoughtful and targeted prospecting in order to generate new logo business. Territory management utilizing advanced questioning and consultative sales techniques including handling of all stages of the sales cycle. Comprehensive skills in working in a team model including field sales, SE’s, other sales specialists and partners. Selling to a variety of buying influencers, generally mid-to-upper level managers, including C-Level buyers. Substantial knowledge of the data integrity industry, Digicert solutions, competitive solutions and market buying behaviour. Prepare accurate reports on activity and forecast, including long-term. Prepare advanced account and territory plans. Strategic analysis of pipeline using trending industry and historical forecast and bookings data. Key contributor to best practice development, mentoring and projects designed to improve sales team performance. Territories: China region.

 

What you will have

Native, bi-lingual or business proficiency in Mandarin & English (essential). Bachelor’s degree in CS or software (Master degree or MBA is a plus). 3+ years' software/technology sales experience managing a large number of enterprise customers and a multi-million dollar quota. Dedicated, ethical and determined person with an insatiable desire to learn. Ability to discover, analyze, assess and address customers’ needs. Goal-orienteded, self-motivated with positive energy and drive representing Digicert in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Demonstrate ability to work effectively and independently in a demanding, fast-paced, ever changing team environment. Demonstrate ability to manage company resources, manage client expectations and understand our clients’ businesses. Effective organizational skills and an advanced knowledge of sales automation tools. Strong phone, written, verbal, presentational and interpersonal communication skills. A strong working knowledge of personal computers, applications, etc. such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software programs.. Self-discipline, if located in Remote city. Adaptive to reasonable business trips.
