Territory Account Manager - Eastern Europe

As a Commercial Account Manager, you are responsible for selling Nutanix’s Products and Solutions through Channel Partners and interacting directly with a list of prospects and customers in Eastern Europe. You will be technically supported by a presales engineer and by the regional leader of Belgium, Luxembourg, Eastern Europe and CIS countries. **About the Team** Our sales team at Nutanix has a keen ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts. Nutanix provides unrivalled support and tools from the Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development departments for you to leverage to exceed sales performance goals. In this position, you would be working very closely with the co-founders and VPs and have a large amount of influence on sales team decisions and initiatives. **Your role** + As a Territory Account Manager, you will be a key player within the Nutanix field sales team to drive net new business sales and new strategic accounts. + Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within partner organizations;; penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned partner accounts; and build and strengthen business relationships with current accounts and new prospects. + Schedule and attend sales call appointments with a prospect in a partner organization. Nutanix Channel Partner Representatives may also participate in the sales call to help qualify for the opportunity. + Develop an territory plan to sell to customers based on their business needs. Recommend marketing strategies. Provide status information to your manager including forecast/pipeline information. + Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts and provide product feedback to engineering to improve Nutanix complete block solutions. **What you’ll bring** + Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development. + An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems and the competitive landscape to solve Customer business challenges. + Experience in Territory sales with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques. A customer/partner network in Eastern Europe would be highly advantageous. + Mastering local Eastern European Language. + Experience that demonstrates a strong level of expertise in technical specifications. **How we work:** Our team is in different countries across EMEA region allowing us to combine remote work with office-based presence when required. Those of us located in the same country strive to meet every quarter in person for networking and sharing ideas. We meet up online as Belgium-Luxembourg-Eastern Europe and CIS team be-weekly to reconnect. This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
