The Territory Account Representative is the main point of contact to our valued retail partners, responsible for nurturing strong customer relationships and driving sales growth across the specified retailers. In this role, you will be based at our Eagan, MN office, collaborating virtually with retailers to develop strategic business plans, deliver impactful product and marketing training, and provide exceptional channel support. From resolving service issues to guiding product training and channel guidance, your contributions will directly influence customer satisfaction and business success.
Highlights of your role Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail customersAct as the primary point of contact for existing and new customers within the assigned territoryConduct frequent virtual meetings with retail leadership and sales staff. Occasional in-person visits required.Act as a business consultant, providing regular business summaries and recommendations to drive sales growth and measure performance.Develop and execute territory-specific sales and business development strategiesDeliver engaging product and marketing training to retail teamsResponsibility to understand and administer Infinity Sales ProgramsProvide exceptional customer support; resolve service issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfactionReport on territory sales results and progress towards goals on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly, annually).Collaborate with internal teams on major proposals and strategic initiativesEngage in on-going market analysis by monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesProvide weekly feedback to Infinity leadership on market conditions, competitive landscape, customer conditions, and product feedbackLeverage virtual methods of communication (videoconferencing, email, and phone) to engage with retailers Compensation Earning potential includes a base salary range of $67,000-$75,000/year (dependent on experience) plus annual sales incentives!
