Job Description Drives key initiatives to ensure team targets and KPIs are met
• Provides direction and ideas (in collaboration with the team) on strategies to
help drive acqui -- whether national, region, or channel specific
• Liases with other support team leads to drive achievement of business
objectives

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ∙

Drives revenue for Broadband Business for both Prepaid and Postpaid categories in assigned regional areas through acquisition and usage programsDetermines and reviews brand strategy in regional channels (long term and short term) to ensure business profitabilityIdentifies high opportunity segments and prepares CAPEX investment cases for profitable areasRegularly performs deep dive analysis on sales performance and provides recommendations to grow the businessCreates opportunities on the integration of both Prepaid and Postpaid Broadband Business in assigned region and channelsProvide ideas to adjust product and service offerings to enhance customer experience through regional insightingEfficiently manage Regional Marketing Advertising & Promotion Budget through activation programs to continuously create brand awareness and drive product acquisitionDrives end to end insighting, product readiness, GTM and post review of programs executed in the regionsLiaises with Trade Marketing and Sales Operations partners to ensure smooth implementation of business strategyExecute below the line programs together with on-ground counterparts from Sales and Trade MarketingWork closely with different functions (product, portfolio, usage, local agencies) to orchestrate an established customer journey for BTL activitiesDevelop the right brand communication strategy in the region together with sales partners in fieldworks in order to optimize and deliver the maximum business impact ∙Occasionally leads national projects/launches that will benefit the entire organization, and not just the assigned area of accountability
