Essential Functions
Execute strategic plans aligned with company standards, focusing on the designated market segment.
Conduct territory planning, implement structured calling systems, and engage in direct selling to healthcare professionals in hospitals.
Develop new business opportunities, conduct market research, and organize product trials.
Identify and pursue new hospital opportunities, maintain relationships with existing accounts, and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Prepare tenders and lead tender interviews, including product demonstrations, throughout the entire tendering process.
Conduct site visits to provide installation guidance and offer in-service product training as part of post-sales support.
Drive resuscitation initiatives and programs within the hospital segment.
Produce reports and update sales tools to track progress.
Drive the development and promotion of large regional projects, collaborating with business partners for successful bidding and tendering.
Conduct market research, gather project data, and analyze competitor activities.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
3 - 5 years in the Medical Device industry selling Medical Equipment’s, preferred
University Degree or Equivalent
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Develop and maintain customer channels and relationships
Engage with KOLs to identify needs and align solutions with ZOLL’s policies
Proven sales target achievement
Experience in the medical device industry
Strong ethics, professionalism, and integrity
Organized, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
Develop innovative sales cooperation models
Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking
Able to excel with limited supervision while seeking guidance as needed
Strong teamwork and cross-functional support
Skilled in negotiation, influencing, and market knowledge
Experienced in key account management
