Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs assigned within the Hospital market business. Mainly responsible for the business of our Hospital range of products and the development of new customers, channels and competitor transformation.
Essential Functions
Implementation of strategic plans assigned by company standards and working within the designated market segment
Territory planning, structured calling systems and direct selling to Healthcare personnel of hospitals and Public safety segments
Develop new business, market research, organizing trials of new products
Identify new potential hospital opportunities, servicing existing hospital accounts and identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Responsible for tender preparation and tender interviews with product demonstration during the whole tendering process.
Site visits (to advice on installation) and in-service product training to customers as part of post-sales activities.
Run resuscitation initiatives and programs within the hospital segment
Regular written structured reporting, and completion of sales reporting tools (salesforce.com)
Develop and promote large projects in the region, cooperate with BPs to complete bidding and tendering
Conduct market research, collect project information, and analyse competitors
KOL visit and maintenance, as well as key accounts maintenance
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
3 - 5 years in the Medical Device industry selling Medical Equipment’s, preferred (Related to ER, EMS, ICU product)
University Degree or Equivalent
Nursing background preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to develop and maintain channels and customers
Able to reach out to KOL’s, discover customer’s real needs, and provide appropriate solutions in alignment to ZOLL’s company policies
Proven records in achieving sales targets
Knowledge and experienced in the Medical Device industry
Strong ethics & professional integrity required
Organized, results-oriented and able to work well under pressure
Ability to develop innovative cooperation models in sales processes
Detail-oriented, independent, and hardworking
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to excel with limited supervision, but willing and able to seek advice and guidance as and when required.
Willingness to take ownership of task assigned and strive for continuous improvement
Strong sense of teamwork and willing to help across different business functions when required
Key qualities in a salesperson which includes but is not limited to, negotiation, influencing, market knowledge, target driven
Able to handle key-account selling
