Territory Manager – Residential Roofing (Building Materials) – Northeast, United States

Position Summary:
As the Territory Manager for Residential Sales in the Northeast Region of the United States, you will be accountable to the National Sales Manager – USA. Your role involves formulating the residential strategy and overseeing the residential sales channel, which includes dealer and contractor accounts. Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market, you will collaborate closely with key cross-functional teams to ensure the proper products and services are available for the effective implementation of the regional residential strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate demand for residential products by reaching out to roofing and siding contractors, general contractors, builders, designers, architects, dealers, and end-users.Oversee existing business and pursue new opportunities aligned with key product initiatives.Collaborate with regional support to implement business processes that facilitate demand.

Major Duties:

Effectively manage, expand, and support the local dealer network in conjunction with direct contractor accounts.Explore new residential prospects to enhance the visibility of our residential product lines in targeted regions.Actively promote interest in our Residential True Nature Roofing Metal Tile and Bellara siding programs among potential targets.Work with both internal and external stakeholders to devise programs and initiatives for the product lines.Take the lead in entering regional leads and actions into our CRM Salesforce.Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations to articulate the value of the products and services.Identify fresh product opportunities in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.Represent at relevant industry trade shows and events.Collaborate with internal departments to provide customers with solutions that meet or exceed their expectations

Qualifications:

Possession of a college or university degreeA minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a manufacturing or distribution business, with a preference for building materialsFamiliarity with CRM tools and processes, such as SalesforceExceptional written and verbal communication skills
