Territory Manager

City Wide Facility Solutions, the nation’s leading management company in the building maintenance industry, is actively seeking a Territory Manager for our franchise location in Central Indiana. This role would reside in or within 20 miles of Lafayette, Indiana.  We are one of more than 100+ markets covered across the United States and Canada. The primary responsibilities of the Territory Manager are to target new clients while providing solutions to a wide range of issues clients face at their facilities in their assigned territory as they develop long-term relationships with clients and contractors to ensure high client satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

·         Find and research businesses that would benefit from City Wide's services.

·         Prospect new clients daily and schedule qualified appointments.

All aspects of client relationships- Retention is everyone’s job! Contractor (IC) relations, compliance, and removal/replacement as necessary. Actively participate in IC paydays. Negotiate agreements with clients for additional services – determine pricing, staffing, and logistics. Detailed quality control inspections of client sites and consistent follow-through based on statement of work. Supervise and direct Account Compliance Manager(s); ensure the client’s strategy is executed and all services are performed correctly by assigned contractors. Keep all clientele documents updated and current. Effectively communicate all client issues with contractors- Develop and implement a plan with the team to resolve any client feedback or deficiencies in service and actively monitor compliance. Coordinate with accounting on any discrepancies on client accounts. Use City Wide’s CRM to document client inspections, adding extra charges, ACM routing, etc. Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management.

·         Achieve or exceed monthly activity and lead generation metrics for revenue targets as set by management.

·         Other duties, as necessary.

Requirements

3-5 plus years of outside sales and management experience, preferably in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience. College degree preferred or equivalent experience. Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments. Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships. Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills. Route-based experience is highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM databases. Must have reliable transportation and active insurance.

Pay includes: $100,000+ total compensation targeted in your first year!

Within the compensation, it includes the following:

-Base salary

-Car allowance

-Bonuses (quarterly)

- Uncapped commission pay (first several months guaranteed – paid monthly)

The physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift to 25 pounds.
