Job Description:
To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to immediate supervisorGrow sales in the area and sector(s) by identifying, analyzing, and addressing opportunities for new customer acquisition as well as within existing customers through product and application recommendations.Continuously focus on sales growth execution and sales target achievement.Coordinate with TCS to ensure appropriate service support for respective accounts.Consult with Key Account Managers to ensure account management support delivered in respective accounts.Monitor account receivable collection and prevent overdue.
