Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Territory Manager responsible for account management for a large account.  In addition, this position will manage five  field associates that are assigned to service equipment for the account.

Essential Responsibilities

Manage account management and service operations for branchProspect, build, and maintain customer relationships, achieve or exceed sales objectives, and serve as technical consultant to all facilities within the account.Retain and resign current maintenance agreement.Lead the performance of field operations for all service/maintenance projects ensuring deadlines are metPerform field safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety/logistics plansManage successful transition of new installations to service/maintenance contractMonitor and manage site parts inventory

Basic Qualifications

Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environmentCandidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customersNeed to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilitiesSuccessful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer softwareStrong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years outside sales experience or field management experience within the elevator industry preferred
