Territory Manager

The Territory Manager is responsible for identifying new business relationships and increasing our transaction and gross profit with existing Agents. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager. The Territory Manager position requires excellent communication skills to meet the business needs for our clients.
Responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English other languages to meet our business needs for our customers English and Spanish required Two or more years of experience in outside sales, business development and account management Must possess experience in cold calling, product demonstration and selling products or services Ability to travel within assigned territory daily, have a valid work permit and driver license Reliable owned automobile transportation (car allowance provided) Must be able to maintain an acceptable driving record and auto insurance coverage Able to work occasionally on weekends to participate in community and marketing events Must possess intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Key Characteristics Strong interpersonal and time management skills, self-motivated and works well under no supervision Ability to effectively present information in meetings with Agents and other employees of the organization Working Conditions Ability to work from office, from home and travel to assigned territory as needed Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time as a driver in an automobile Ability to visit businesses and work in tight places to install equipment or marketing materials Ability to lift a maximum of 11.3 kilograms / 25 pounds
