Territory Manager
**What you’ll do:** + Develop a Territory plan that maximizes time verse effort and delivers profitable sales + Identify and target new customers and opportunities to achieve growth targets + Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customer base + Strengthen Eaton’s product and brand awareness in the market + Understand products, market segments and competitive positioning to provide input into strategic growth initiatives and business planning + Respond to customer enquiries with high level of customer service + Educate customers on Eaton’s product offering and value proposition via tradeshows, industry events, lunch and learns etc + Provide quotes in conjunction with approved pricing structures + Work in a team environment to achieve individual sales targets for the Territory **Qualifications:** + Electrical Trade Certificate (Desirable) + 2-5 Years Account Management and sales experience + Electrical knowledge, Electrical trade (preferred) + High level of technical and product application experience in automation or power distribution. + Sales Experience **What We Offer:** + Flexible working arrangements + Competitive salary, car allowance and access to bonus scheme + Inclusive working environment + Volunteer days + Outstanding training and development programs for both professional and personal development
