Territory Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Northern New Jersey sales team. As a front-line sales professional, you will be directly responsible for driving significant transactional value while building strong customer relationships. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will proactively prospect, cold call, and manage existing accounts to expand our market presence.

2-5 years of field sales experience with a proven track record of business development and exceeding quotas.Cold calling experience is a mustExperience in heavy equipment, transportation or construction sales is a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Competitive mindset with high integrity and relationship-building abilities.Ability to work independently from a home office and on the road.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
