The Territory Manager is responsible for identifying new business relationships and increasing our transaction and gross profit with existing Agents. The Territory Manager position requires excellent communication skills (in both English & Spanish) to meet the business needs for our clients, in the Illinois territory.

  Responsibilities for Internal Candidates     Source new prospect Agents and manage the entire sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face to face meetings and conducting presentations Reach and exceed new Agents activation monthly targets  Manage the new Agent onboarding applications, installations and training process Manage the assigned Agent network (organic) and sustainably grow the transaction volume Train and support new and existing agents and assist them with troubleshooting equipment Provide Agents with point of sales material and ensure they receive the necessary training Increase sales and market share of existing products (money transfers, bill payments) Analyze company reports and market data to address, reinforce and correct performance trends to capitalize on market opportunities for new and existing Agents in the assigned territory Provide fact-based recommendations on product pricing and Agent commissions Regularly visit top productive Agents in the assigned territory, monitor performance vs monthly targets, personnel training needs, customer dynamics and create sustainable relationships Execute both self-conceived and assigned marketing plans to support transaction growth Supports various departments at headquarters to ensure that Agents comply with company policies, compliance guidelines and procedures
