YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure both individual and squad sales targets are met; drive team performance even after personal goals are achieved.Plan, organize, and execute sales strategies with squad members to achieve defined KPIs.Develop knowledge, data, and expertise that provide value to customers.Understand customer needs to deliver tailored approaches and build strong relationships.Collect market and competitive data, anticipate trends, and record insights in Bayer’s systems.Support product stewardship and manage customer product complaints.Provide constructive feedback to team members to foster growth, learning, and team success.
WHO YOU ARE
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Agriculture (Agronomy or Plant Protection).At least 3 years of sales/marketing experience in the Crop Protection industry.Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.Results-driven, self-reliant, and skilled in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proactive, accountable, and committed to delivering results.Moderate proficiency in English is an advantage.
