As Territory Manager for the North German region your focus will be on developing measurable results in our Mobile Solution Aftermarket Vertical (air, fuel, lube, coolant filters for diesel engines and mobile hydraulic). Regular travel (min 50%) across North Germany will be required.

Main objectives:

Help current business distribution channels, to achieve the budgetProvide technical and sales trainings in local language to Dealers and Endusers in Northern GermanyManage conflicts ensuring alignment with territory planDevelop and implement new business strategies and programs, to capture new dealers and increase the existing one’s salesDaily connect and cooperate with German team and other internal functionsRegularly visit Customers and Prospects with the goal to gain market knowledge and create new business opportunities

Key responsibilities:

Connecting and cooperating with local Senior Territory Manager and Sales team in order to implement actions and achieve area targetImplementing sales programs in the assigned area by developing, with the dealers, field sales actions planProviding technical support for dealers, in order to maintain their professional and technical knowledgeKey Account Management of our existing customer to open New Revenue StreamsUtilize your own skills and acumen to identify, target and succeed in New Business OpportunitiesPreparing reports as neededEnsuring that all commercial aspects of sales transactions are in the best interest of the Company

Your profile:

The selected candidate must be dynamic, self-motivated and target driven individual, with few years of sales experience and motivation to grow in sales. Ability to connect with people and exceptional customer service orientation is needed for the position, as well as self-confidence, integrity and the ability to perform well without daily supervision.

Key attributes:

Technical degree or higher educationBachelor's / Master’s degree in a commercial area will be a plusFirst experience in a Technical Sales Role or as a Sales Engineer/Territory Manager in Automotive/IndustrialFluent German and good English (company language) is required
